01｜Who provides the service

JLapp Studio operates Kid PaNer and its product pages. This document describes Kid PaNer specifically; accounts and subscriptions from other PaNer products are not shared with it. The product pages and support information are intended for parents and guardians.

02｜Play and settings on your device

Toy interactions, sounds and the play timer run locally. Selected scenes, timer deadlines and pause state, and any demo toy unlocks are stored in the app or browser. They are used to restore those settings and are not uploaded by the game to our servers.

The installed iOS test app includes its play resources and can open offline. Its local data is separate from Safari. Clearing website data, deleting the app or changing devices can remove settings and demo unlocks; there is currently no cloud restore. Device backups, where applicable, follow your system settings.

03｜Children’s information and permissions

The current game does not ask children for a name, birthday, email, photos or messages, and has no chat or user uploads. It does not request microphone, camera, location, contacts or photo-library access. Sounds are played from bundled assets; the app does not record a child’s voice.

The current game has no advertising, advertising tracking or in-app usage analytics. It does not send toy taps or play history to an analytics service. We do not sell children’s information or use it for targeted advertising.

04｜Accounts and demo purchases

Current toy purchase screens are demonstrations. Real sign-in, payment and cross-device purchase restoration are not connected. Demo unlocks do not collect credentials or payment details and do not create a paid entitlement.

Before introducing accounts, real purchases or new data collection, we will update these disclosures and provide the required parental notices, safeguards and consent process. A demo purchase screen is not parental consent.

05｜Product pages and support

Public product and policy pages do not require an account. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and connection or security logs to deliver pages, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. This is separate from the installed app’s offline play. An invitation-only browser test may have a hosting-provider access check.

If an adult contacts us, we use the email address, message and attachments they choose to send to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send a child’s identifying information, passwords or unrelated personal details. Hosting and email providers may process the necessary information to provide those services.

06｜Retention and protection

Local settings remain until removed, replaced or cleared on the device. We cannot remotely read, recover or delete them. Support correspondence and necessary service logs are retained only as needed for the request, security and applicable legal obligations; access is limited to those who need it.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. Do not include further sensitive information in the initial request.

07｜Choices and contact

A parent or guardian can contact eason@toponepapa.com.tw and mention Kid PaNer to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information we hold. We may verify the request as necessary and respond under applicable law. Manage local play settings on the device.

We will update this page when data practices change and provide notice or obtain consent where required. English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese versions provide corresponding information; translation differences do not restrict statutory rights.
