Creating and listening to soundscapes with Sleep PaNer.
01｜Service and availability
JLapp Studio provides Sleep PaNer for choosing sounds, adjusting recipes, recording and creating audio on your device. The six default soundscapes are free, each a one-minute track that can loop. Saving a mix generates a ten-minute work on the device; you can play it once or loop it, and edit its recipe later.
Recordings last 10–60 seconds and retain their actual duration. Sleep subscriptions are separate from other PaNer products. Sleep schedules and scheduled-start shortcuts are not offered.
02｜Listening and personal recordings
Soundscapes and frequency labels help you choose a sound, not diagnose or treat conditions. We do not guarantee sleep improvement or therapeutic effects. Set a comfortable volume and remain aware of your surroundings.
Record only material you are entitled to use and obtain any necessary permission from people you record. Recording, mixing or export does not remove others’ privacy or copyright rights.
03｜Local works and source rights
Keep your own copies of important works. App removal, device failure or clearing storage can cause loss; we provide no cloud restoration or cross-device audio sync. Deleting your member account keeps device audio, while removing the app deletes its local files.
Software, branding, interface and source audio have their respective rights holders. Third-party assets remain subject to the individual licences in the included source credits. Mixing or exporting does not confer ownership or unlimited resale or redistribution rights. Retain required credits when sharing.
04｜Accounts and subscriptions
Configured platform sign-in identifies a member; it does not upload audio or create a paid entitlement. Keep your provider account and app session secure. Different platform identities are not automatically linked. Sign-out and account deletion are available in the account page.
Free includes 9 sound materials, 2 saved melodies and 1 recording. Monthly includes all materials, 5 melodies and 3 recordings. Yearly includes all materials, 10 melodies and 5 recordings. All six bundled soundscapes remain free.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store account. The price, billing period and terms appear before confirmation. Cancellation leaves access until the paid period ends. After expiration, paid-material or excess content is locked and retained. Deleting the app or Sleep account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Settings → Payment provides Subscribe, Restore Purchases and Manage Store Subscription. Use the Apple account used for the purchase. If products are unavailable, check your connection and choose Reload Products. Signing in to Sleep does not restore or transfer a store purchase.
05｜Changes and contact
Do not infringe others’ rights or compromise service security. Development features and assets may change; significant changes will receive appropriate information. You may stop using and remove the app. Contact eason@toponepapa.com.tw and mention Sleep PaNer for support or rights concerns.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Corresponding English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai and Hindi versions are available; translation differences do not limit statutory rights.
