Simple terms for parents and guardians using Kid PaNer.
01｜Service and scope
JLapp Studio provides Kid PaNer, a local 3D toy play experience with touch sounds, toy movement, scenes, slow motion and a play timer. These terms cover this product and its related pages; other PaNer subscriptions and accounts are separate.
02｜For parents and guardians
An adult should review these terms, decide whether the experience is suitable, supervise use and set a comfortable volume and play duration. The app offers play, not a promise of educational, developmental or medical results.
The timer gently ends a play session and gathers toys into a corner. It is a reminder, not a device lock or tamper-proof parental control. Device settings, clearing data or leaving the app may affect its operation.
03｜Local play and availability
The installed iOS test app includes its resources for offline play. Browser tests need access to their hosting service. Performance, gestures and sound depend on the device, browser and system settings.
Local settings and demo unlocks have no cloud restore. Clearing data, reinstalling or changing devices can remove them. You may stop using the app at any time. Test builds may be changed or discontinued; material changes will receive appropriate notice.
04｜Demo toys and future purchases
The current purchase flow is a demonstration: real login and payment are not connected. Demo prices or unlocks are not an offer to take payment, a paid entitlement or a subscription. There is currently no purchase to restore across devices.
Before real purchases become available, the app will show the actual price, purchase terms, parental confirmation and applicable restoration or refund information. Viewing a toy or a plan does not authorize a charge.
05｜Content and permitted use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial play. Toys, images, sounds, software and branding belong to their respective rightsholders or are used under applicable licenses. Open-source and third-party materials retain their own license terms and attribution.
Do not copy or redistribute protected materials without permission, infringe others’ rights or interfere with service security. Nothing here restricts uses that applicable law or a material’s own license allows.
06｜Privacy
Play settings are stored locally. Product-page hosting and support correspondence have separate, limited data uses described in the Kid PaNer privacy policy.
07｜Changes, rights and contact
For support or a rights concern, an adult can email eason@toponepapa.com.tw and mention Kid PaNer. We will update this page as the service changes, with notice or consent where required.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese versions provide corresponding information; translation differences do not restrict statutory rights.
